100% refund of the deposit for stays with arrival between 20/06 and 04/09, if the cancellation* is notified by email at least 7 days before the arrival date (no costs to be incurred). For stays with arrival in other periods, the cancellation* is free if it is notified by email at least 14 days before the arrival date.

Besides that, in case of cancellation* received after the above-mentioned deadlines, up to the day before the arrival date, it is possible to obtain a voucher that can be used for a stay in 2026, by 22/06 (even in this case there are no costs to be incurred). This facilitation cannot be applied to cancellations concerning the month of August.
