Campeggio ai Colli Fioriti is located in the heart of Val d'Intelvi, Lombardy, on the shores of Lake Como, in close contact with the mountains. The hotel is open year-round and was born from the passion and ideals of hospitality and respect for nature of the owners, Paolo and Stefano. For years our friendliness has blended with low environmental impact services and renewable energy, such as the use of electric vehicles, photovoltaic systems and local resources.


155 pitches with all amenities
The pitches are dedicated to tents, caravans and campers. Each of the 155 50- to 90-square-meter pitches has its own electrical connection, and guests can freely use the camper service. Toilet and laundry facilities are located indoors and in heated hotels. Hot water is free of charge while washing machine and dryer are charged contactless. Long-term or annual caravan rentals available.


Free choice of bungalow/mobile home or apartment
Bungalow/mobile home accommodation model A or B is the most suitable solution for a stay with exceptional value for money. Both accommodations can accommodate up to 5 people and are equipped with utilities, pillows and blankets. Consisting of living area with sofa bed, equipped kitchen and sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, pets are allowed only in model A.

Vacationing in an apartment allows you to experience it as at home and at your own pace. Decorated simply but with a functional outlook, there are a large living area, bedroom to which a crib or extra bed can be added, and spacious private bathrooms. Also included in the price are utilities and weekly linen change.


Games, sports and excursions
Children can have fun in the playground and, for older children, we have sports fields and equipment available for tennis, soccer, volleyball, table tennis and bocce tournaments.

To set out to discover the mountains by bike through the countless cycle paths, contacting our staff, you can rent electric mountain bikes by arrangement, as well as use the small workshop in the campsite. Advantageous agreements also with the Lanzo Golf Club or for a dip in the nearby municipal swimming pool.


Services at your fingertips
Our guests only have to worry about their relaxation, we take care of everything else: we have a minimarket, a take-away pizzeria (open in high season), free Wi-Fi, a bar to get together with friends and challenge each other with board games, dozens of interesting readings in our library, and the taste of curling up in front of the fireplace in the common room.

Guests are provided with maps and brochures on nearby attractions at the reception desk.
