A HOLIDAY AT THE FOOT OF MONTE ROSA
Natural Camping Macugnaga is located in a mountain resort of the same name at an altitude of 1324 meters, at the foot of the east side of Monte Rosa. The campsite offers an enchanting panorama, characterized by high snowy peaks and lush greenery. Mountain lovers can enjoy a holiday in contact with nature both in summer and winter and stay in this welcoming campsite, an excellent starting point to reach the ski slopes and the main attractions of the area.
CAMPING AREA
The camping area has 100 pitches. 50 of these are dedicated to permanent residents, with wooden structures to ensure greater comfort for those staying in caravans.
SERVICES
The campsite offers guests a laundry area, toilet blocks with showers and hot water, a bar and a playground equipped for the little ones.
WHAT TO DO IN SUMMER
Natural Camping Macugnaga is the perfect starting point for lovers of nature walks and trekking in the summer months. There are in fact cable cars and chairlifts nearby which take you to high altitudes, mountain bike trails, climbing walls as well as schools for paragliding and horse riding.
WHAT TO DO IN WINTER
Snow is the protagonist in winter and this area boasts some of the most spectacular ski resorts in the province. There are slopes for every age and every level of experience. There are also cross-country ski trails and ski schools for the little ones.
