The Holiday Family Village is a magical place for the whole family where you can have fun at any time of the day with sports, games, entertainment and fantastic evening shows.

Equipped with a private beach and a wonderful water park, it is the ideal choice for those who want to escape from the hectic pace of everyday life and experience authentic emotions under the sun of Porto Sant'Elpidio.

Choose from beautiful villas surrounded by greenery, the apartments of our residence or the shaded pitches of our campsite and get ready to enjoy carefree vacations filled with fun.

The Holiday Family Village offers different types of accommodation that can host up to 6 people.

Not to be missed are the brand new Sea Family Rooms and the Junior Suites surrounded by greenery.

The first ones are sea-view accommodations with access to the beach, flanked by the new sensory promenade and characterized by large functional spaces with innovative design. The offer is completed by a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with induction kitchenette, microwave and fridge-freezer, 42 "flat TV, air conditioning and furnished veranda.

The second, functional and modern, ensures every comfort, like a double bedroom with crib. The offer is complemented by a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and fridge-freezer, flatscreen TV, air conditioning and furnished veranda.

We also provide delightful masonry cottages surrounded by greenery and equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, crockery, bed linen and towels.
THE CAMPING AREA: OPEN-AIR COMFORT
For those who love camping, there are over 120 shady pitches, equipped with electricity connection and water loading and unloading service and served by 3 toilet blocks with hot showers. Also available to guests is the brand new camper van area with over 70 pitches measuring 8x8 and 7x10, equipped with the new CWC (Compact Water Camper) systems with a tank for direct discharge on the ground or column. The entire area is served by 10A power columns, and each pitch is equipped with a drinking water column. In the immediate vicinity of the Camper Area there is a new group of toilets, with toilets for the disabled and children's toilets.
ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Every morning we will meet at the Holly Teen Lounge to organize activities throughout the village with our entertainers: children will move to the Holly Club to spend beautiful days with Holly between educational workshops, games and recreational activities, while older kids can try their hand at soccer, tennis and beach volleyball tournaments, muscle toning, aqua gym, zumba and group dances.

In the evening all at Tiburon, our local beach where you can sip a drink at sunset or a cocktail after dinner in the company of our entertainers.
THE WATER PARK AND THE BEACH

In the Holiday Family Village's brand new water playground you will find two large lagoons designed for young and old: Holly Adventureland and Holly Aqualand. Holly Adventureland is entirely dedicated to your children, a fairy-tale place where they can have adventures and play together. A 600 m² play area with 2 fantastic theme castles and 14 slides for children, where they can play safely in water from 30 to 60 cm.

 Holly Aqualand is a lagoon of over 500 m² divided into 3 zones:

- zone with water from 0 to 60 cm for the fun of the little ones;

- 80 cm zone with 12 and 24 seated whirlpools;

- 140 cm zone with water blades where you can follow our Aquagym and Fitness lessons.

For all guests booking a village or residence location, beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds) is included in the price. The location cannot be booked, but guests can choose it on arrival. For guests staying in a campsite or camper van area, the beach service is not included, but can be booked directly on site, subject to availability.


OTHER SERVICES
The following services complete the offer: paddle courts, tennis, five-a-side football and beach volleyball courts; supermarket, bazaar, 2 bars, one of which is directly on the beach, and an excellent self-service restaurant-pizzeria facing the sea with take-away service, the ideal place to enjoy the best specialities of Marche cuisine.

Small/medium sized pets of a maximum of 20 kg are allowed, one in each unit, subject to payment of a daily fee of € 5.00. Only small dogs weighing no more than 10 kg are allowed in the Sea Family Rooms and Junior Suites.
