Camping Village il Poggetto is located in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by the olive groves and the Chianti vineyards. From here, you can quickly reach Florence, the capital and cradle of the Italian Renaissance, and other cities of art such as Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano and Lucca. Guests can decide whether to stay in the village or in the campsite: there are many services available such as a pool, restaurant, entertainment and bike hire.
THE CAMPSITE

The campsite has around 90 pitches situated on terraces, shaded by Tuscan vegetation. You can pitch your caravan, camper van or tent on the grass, close to two groups of sanitary facilities, washing machines, dryers and a baby room with a changing table for mothers. There are three pitches available: Small, Standard and Large.
THE VILLAGE

The property has many different types of accommodation to meet all the needs of guests and provide them with every comfort for their holiday. The apartments, furnished in country style, are on two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. They all have a large bathroom, two or three bedrooms, air conditioning and an outdoor loggia. The maxi-caravans are beautiful mobile homes for those who love luxury and comfort and are divided into Standard and Deluxe. They differ in space and equipment: bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and air conditioning. Pets are allowed. Finally, there are the bungalows, which sleep 2 to 4 people and consist of bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and veranda with table and chairs.
THE RESTAURANT-PIZZERIA

Guests of the village can take advantage of the restaurant-pizzeria on the campsite. You can choose to eat in the indoor dining room or on the panoramic terrace. The cuisine offers the best of Italian specialities: Florentine steak, grilled meats, pizza and fish. There is also a takeaway service. The bar is open all day, starting with Italian, continental or American breakfasts and ending with aperitifs with hot pizzas, cocktails, beers and wines.
POOL AND SPORT

At Poggetto you will find two pools: one for the little ones with a Jacuzzi, and a deeper one for swimmers and all those who wish to take water aerobics classes. There is also a well-equipped gym at guests' disposal and outdoor sports tournaments and activities are offered.
SERVICES FOR ALL

Adults and teenagers can take part in trekking trips and horse riding in the Chianti hills; together they will visit farms and wineries in the area. Electric bikes and mountain bikes await you at the reception desk, with which you can take scenic routes in the surrounding area that will leave you speechless.
