The Camping Maremma Sans Souci overlooks the beautiful sea of the Maremma Toscana and the Castiglione della Pescaia is just 2 km away. Immersed in a centuries-old pine forest and offering numerous types of accommodation, it is the perfect destination for anyone who seeks to spend a holiday in close contact with nature along with their family, as a couple or with friends.

Immersed in the pine forest, there are pitches for tents, campers and caravans, naturally delimited to ensure a holiday that respects your own and others' privacy.

They are all equipped with electrical connections and served by completely renovated toilet blocks.

For those who want to combine freedom with comfort, Mobile Homes, Cottages and various Glamping solutions are available.

The Maison Mobile Homes accommodate up to 6/7 people and are equipped with air conditioning, two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, TV, equipped kitchen and large furnished veranda. Also available in the Easy version for people with motor difficulties

The Cottages, simple wooden houses, accommodate up to 5 people, have one or two bedrooms, bathrooms, equipped kitchen and furnished veranda. The Club typology is equipped with air conditioning.

Adventurous and fun are the Glamping tents, unique accommodations, simple but extremely comfortable. Among these are the Safari, the Country and the Big Country Lodge Tent. equipped with kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

The romantic Mini Lodges for two people with shared facilities offer the pleasure of sleeping under the stars to the rhythm of nature. Dogs are allowed on all pitches and in some types of rental facilities.

Inside Camping Maremma Sans Souci there is an excellent restaurant offering traditional Tuscan dishes based on meat and fish; the Neapolitan pizza is also excellent. Take-away, half board and full board services are possible.
The beach and sports of the sea

The beach can be easily reached on foot and is distinguished by its sandy coastline and crystal-clear waters. It has been awarded several times with the prestigious Blue Flag as well as the Green Flag, which recognizes places best suited for children, the campsite's beach is partly equipped and partly free and offers guests a windsurfing, sup, sailing, wing and kayak school and a bar.

    Cottage and Rent- Caravans are at guest’s disposal from 4:00 pm. on arrival day and have to be left before 10 a.m. on departure day.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Cancelling has to be made by ordinary or electronic post. For notice arriving before the 60th day before arrival day, 90% of the deposit will be returned; between the 59th and the 30th day, 50% of the deposit will be returned. After the 29th day, no deposit will be returned. No reduction for later arrivals or former departures as booked. In case of cancellation by rules, deposit will be returned within November the 30th.
