Description of the facility

Relax and entertainment on the shores of Lake Trasimeno
Trasimeno Camping lies near Passignano and is nestled into the lush nature of Parco del Trasimeno (Trasimeno Park). Located right by the shores of the lake, it has been run with passion and competence since 2017 by the Posta family. A new tourist property able to offer quality services for a holiday in contact with nature filled with relaxation, wellness and fun. 
The camping
Guests will find large shaded pitches for tents, campers and caravans varying in type and size. They are all fitted with water and electricity connections, 6/10-ampere electricity, running water and wastewater management system. The pitches are serviced by handy restrooms with free hot showers, a disabled-friendly and a nursery area. Private bathrooms are also available.
The village area
Since 2018 guests have the chance to stay in one of our very comfortable Safari Trend Lodges, modern and welcoming tents to enjoy a holiday in contact with nature, in the new Mobile Homes, also accessible by disabled guests, or in an apartment. The apartments can host up to 5 people and are fitted with bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, TV and a furnished veranda.
Pools and beach
Trasimeno Camping offers its guests a pool complex for adults and kids surrounded by greenery, with a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and an equipped solarium. The beach lies opposite the campsite and can be easily reached on foot. 
Sport and surroundings
Sports enthusiasts can work out and arange soccer or tennis games in the multipurpose sports field or go cycling. The entrance to the campsite is close to a wonderful bike path that runs along the lakefront. Nearby you cannot miss lakeside villages as Castiglione, Città della Pieve, Panicale and Paciano. Also reachable by car are Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Siena, Gubbio, Montepulciano and the Marmore Falls. 
Other services
Last but not least, the campsite also offers the following services: restaurant-pizzeria serving local and Mediterranean specialties as well as excellent pizzas, bar, Wi-Fi, parking, market, laundry, fridge rental, bicycles, bbq, playground. Trasimeno Camping is pet-friendly as dogs are always welcome. They will find a dedicated beach area and tailor-made services.
