Description of the facility

Relaxation and fun by the Fermo waterfront
Residence Mare Tourist Village lies right by the waterfront in the seaside resort of Lido San Tommaso, in the province of Fermo. Stretching across an area of only 9000 m2, it enjoys a privileged location being just a stone’s throw from the beach and along a wonderful cycling path that connects Porto Sant’Elpidio with Civitanova Marche. Far from the road and the railways, the property establishes itself as the ideal destination for families and couples who find a family atmosphere for a holiday of pure relaxation and fun. 
The Camping area
The camping area includes 50 pitches fitted with electricity for tents, trailers and caravans overlooking the sea. Upon request we can provide gas cylinders. The rates for guests staying at the campsite include the use of the pool and the multi-purpose sports field, the entertainment service and the Wi-Fi.
The Residence area
The Residence area provides its guests with 24 mini apartments varying in size and able to host from 2 to 6 people. Situated within a complex facing the garden and the beach, the apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, one or two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, balcony or veranda with sea or garden view. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. 
Entertainment, sport and sea
The entertainment service, running throughout July and August, arranges sports, leisure and recreational activities for adults and kids as well as games, tournaments, group sports courses and evening shows. Those who love active holidays will find a five-a-side football and volleyball court, a swimming pool with cervical shower and assistance service, a bowling green, table tennis and a children’s playground. The directly accessible sand and gravel beach lies within walking distance.
Other services
Last but not least, Residence Mare Tourist Village also offers the following services: a restaurant-pizzeria offering half board or full board and takeaway service, beach with sun lounger and umbrella available for rent, reception, Wi-Fi area. Both the seaside and the inland are rich in art cities, archaeological sites, protected areas, parks and nature reserves worthy to be explored that can be reached shortly.
